The Essential plan is your foundation.  A consistent  maintenance service that keeps your floors clean, safe, and inspection-ready. Front-of-house and back-of-house are each serviced 

separately and priced by area, so you can choose one zone or both. Our crew applies commercial-grade degreaser to break down grease and soil buildup, follows with a disinfectant floor mop to eliminate bacteria and odor at the surface level, and completes removal of loosened debris and residue for a thorough finish. Your GM receives a written service report after every visit.

The Pro program delivers a deeper, more complete service by pairing professional machine scrubbing with the right scrub pad and chemical agent for your specific floor type and desired outcome. Whether your floors need heavy degreasing in the kitchen, stain lifting in the dining room, or a thorough surface reset across the board — our crew makes the right selection on-site to protect your floors while delivering a deeper, more consistent clean. Grout scrubbing and rinse is included, and every visit is documented with before-and-after photos and a written report to your GM.
